How can I dynamically populate a listview in android
I am trying to figure out how to dynamically populate a listview with items from a text file.
The file contains this kind of formatting of the data:
name,address
whereas the listview has multiple items so I would think each individual
item on the listview would have the same kind of formatting(i.e. name,address) and the content of those items would be populated by the content of the file.
I have used TextViews before but those were static and the information was hard-coded into them. How can I create a listview containing these items dynamically?
So far I have tried using this code:
